PichStock came about in early August of 2008, but took a lifetime to prepare for. After
deciding to move to Milwaukee to take a job and start anew in a place I didn't know, I decided to go out with a bang. A
weekend celebration/good-bye festival. And thus PichStock was branded and then done. It was a fun time and lots
of people stopped in to make sure I was wished well.
A year later after feeling the brunt of an awful first year in Milwaukee I returned to Vermont for a visit and thus
PichStock II brought the noise for a full week. Again it was fun to gather with friends, catch-up, relax, party and
show my two new roomies Vermont.
That
same year ('09) I returned home for a week around Thanksgiving where PichStock III went by the slogan "Less Hype, More Fun...
Give Thanks." I worked at UVM for a couple of games, visited with family and friends, and scored an excellent pinched
nerve that created problems until early 2010.
PichStock 4 was announced in April 2010 to mark the move back to Vermont for The Pich' in early May of that year.
Folks came from all-around to the Weav' to welcome him home.
PichStock 5 will only happen again under certain circumstances... they might happen in 2011...
otherwise it might be the title of my bachelor party someday.
